Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your products to request a return.
Further to be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its of original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is received, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and any instructions on how or where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not of be noticed.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your products have any defects, damaged or if you receive the wrong purchase, so that we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the purchase you have, and once the return is received, make an additional purchase for the new product.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit service company to process and post the refund too.
